Refund conditions depend on what you purchased and whether the payment is your first payment or a renewal.
First subscription payment after a 14-day trial: request a full refund within 3 calendar days of payment, provided there has been no material use in the paid period. Use during the trial does not affect eligibility. Material use includes posting invoices, processing payroll, or completing other business transactions; logging in or viewing existing records alone does not count.
First subscription payment without a trial: request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment, once per customer. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions and excludes separately purchased services.
Subscription renewals: request a full refund within 3 calendar days of payment, provided there has been no material use in the renewed period. Outside these windows, cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period; unused time is not routinely refunded or prorated.
Recurring add-ons: request a refund within 7 calendar days of the first purchase if unused. Otherwise, removal takes effect at the next renewal. Implementation, migration, training, and custom work are refundable before work starts. After work starts, refunds for undelivered work are assessed against the agreed scope; completed work is non-refundable.
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges are reviewed separately from these request windows. If CoreOps cannot deliver the purchased service, contact support for an appropriate refund or credit review. These terms do not limit applicable statutory rights.
Contact customer support using the details below with your payment reference, billing email, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Requests require review; submission does not itself approve or process a refund. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank crediting times vary and are separate from our review time.
Before you confirm a subscription refund, support will explain its effect on access and data export. A full refund ends the entitlement paid for by the refunded payment and stops its future auto-pay. Refunding a duplicate charge does not remove access paid for by the valid payment.
