This notice explains how CoreOps uses billing information and handles card data during checkout and subscription renewals.
CoreOps processes the cardholder name, billing contact and address information you provide, the payment amount and currency, and transaction references. Postal code is optional for addresses without one. This information supports payment processing, billing records, receipts, refunds, and customer support.
HTTPS protects payment information in transit. PowerTranz processes card payments and supports 3D Secure authentication when applicable. CoreOps does not retain full card numbers or security codes. With your recurring-payment authorization, CoreOps stores an encrypted PowerTranz payment token for future renewals.
CoreOps retains billing and transaction records for account management, support, accounting, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Payment records and receipts use masked card references and gateway transaction identifiers; full card numbers and security codes are not retained.
If you choose auto-pay and accept the recurring payment agreement, CoreOps stores an encrypted payment token supplied by PowerTranz for authorized renewals. You can turn off auto-pay in Billing to stop future submissions. A payment already submitted may still complete. Turning off auto-pay does not delete historical billing records or request a refund.
Payment information is shared with PowerTranz and the financial institutions involved in processing and authenticating the transaction. Your card issuer may request additional verification. Authorized recurring payments can be processed without a new 3D Secure prompt.
Contact customer service below about billing information or payment privacy. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email or in support messages.
